1) Apply for Big Brother Big Sister Now!

Big Brother Big Sister is a one-on-one mentoring program that matches Dartmouth students with a Little Sib from the Upper Valley. There are still many children from the Upper Valley who need to be matched with a Dartmouth Big Sib.

Multi-Faith Conversations is a group that brings together students of all faith backgrounds to talk about current affairs and philosophical topics in the context of faith and belief. All are welcome!

3) Tucker Leaders in Community

Tucker Leaders in Community (TLC) enables first-year students to engage with the Upper Valley community, develop friendships and skills as ethical leaders, and explore contemporary issues of service, spirituality and social justice.

Want to spend spring break on an international or domestic service trip to engage in meaningful short-term service projects?

5) Tucker Fellowship & DPCS Internship Deadline

Are you off this winter? Interested in designing your own 8-10 week community service project with a non-profit organization? Apply for a Fellowship or Internship through the Tucker Foundation!
               * 8-10 week project  *full-time (40 hours/week)  *focus on direct engagement with the community  *domestic or international service

6) Register now for the Day of Caring on Oct. 5

This half-day service event is a great opportunity for individual students or student teams to give a little back to the local community and learn about Upper Valley. You will meet some new people, see more of our local area, and have lots of FUN!

Registration is first come, first served and will fill up- register early.  Registration will close Wednesday, October 2.

The day will start at 8:30AM at Collis Common Ground with project assignments. Opening ceremonies begin at 9AM and groups will depart for their service projects at 9:30AM. All projects are half-day and students should be back to Hanover by 2 or 2:30PM. All participants will receive a free event T-shirt and lunch!
