·         "Would you like to meet underrepresented mentors and role models of color who are either on their way to becoming medical professionals or already well-established in their career, and to learn from their journey?"
·         "Have you ever wanted to hear some of the strategies and tips for success along the way, from pre-health to doctor, including unique pathways?"
·         "Have you ever wondered if some of the stresses of the pre-health journey are unique to you?"
·         "Would you like a little time for reflection, relaxation and renewal?"

Dartmouth students are invited to a day-long retreat with Dartmouth alumni and Geisel students of color, along with Dartmouth staff, for networking, community building, stress reduction strategies, and relaxation.

Guests include Dr. Woody Lee, Cardiologist and Dean of Multicultural Affairs at Yale Medical school, who will discuss aspects of medical school admissions.  Also, Alumni and Geisel students—ranging from current applicants, through residency, will share stories, information, and strategies.

Whether you are sure this is your path or not—whether you are taking the classes at Dartmouth or in a post-bac, whether you have been thriving or hitting challenges—this is for you!
