Boy Scouts of America is finally (considering) letting homosexuals into the organization.
(but not atheists.... dang!)

But more to the point, did they have the right to in the first place? After all, they are a private organization.

BSA is publicly funded, but can a flower shop refuse service to someone they dislike for religious reasons?

Is this any different than an all-girls/all-boys school?

I'm sure that many of you root for the lifting of the homosexual ban, but how is that different from the BSA female ban?
