Interested in learning more about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict?  Worried that peace is no longer achievable?

J Street U is hosting a series of events called Is Peace Possible?  Each event will feature a ten-minute video that gives background information on an important aspect of the conflict and its resolution – borders, security, refugees, and Jerusalem.  The short video will be followed by discussion and reflection about the specific issue.

Tonight (Wednesday, January 16), we will be focusing on the issue of borders. The meeting will be held in Haldeman 028 from 8:30-9:30.

J Street U is the student arm of J Street -- a pro-Israel, pro-peace group that promotes American diplomatic leadership in achieving a two-state solution as an end to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.  We believe that Israeli security and democracy, as well as Palestinian human rights and statehood, can only be achieved through a two-state solution based on 1967 borders with mutually agreed-upon land swaps.
