Dean Franice A'Ness: 
Dean A'Ness has taught classes in Latin American and Latino culture, Latin American Studies, and Gender Studies for about 11 years at Dartmouth. She is also the She has also directed a series of Spanish-language and Latino Theatre. Her area of specialization is theatre and performance of the Americas. Her research interests include: theatre and translation, nationalism and the Mexican stage, theatre for social change, and theatre’s role in democratic change. She has published work on the Mexican playwright Sabina Berman, the Peruvian theatre collective Yuyachkani, and embodied pedagogy. She is currently working on a book about the production and reception of Mexican theatre and performance in North America titled The Diverted Gaze: Performing “Mexico” in the U.S. and Canada. She has been the Associate Dean at Dartmouth College since December 2011 and liked working with students to help them cope with their academic and social life on campus.

Marcia Calloway: Marcia is a licensed New Hampshire attorney, employed at Dartmouth College since 1997 as Associate Registrar for the Undergraduate College. She joined the Office of Visa and Immigration Services in 2004. As Associate Director and Advisor to International Undergraduate Students, Marcia has primary responsibility for advising all international undergraduate degree and non-degree students on academic and visa issues. As time allows, she handles some limited international scholar and employment cases, as well as graduate student casework. To the international students, she is the go-to person for all visa-related questions/issues.For international students, D-plans have to be designed in such a way that they avoid putting their F1 status in jeopardy. Therefore, Marcia would be available to cover the legal aspects of taking an off-term for de-stressing.

Allyn Field: Gendo Allyn Field is an ordained lay monk in the community of Rinzai Zen master Joshu Sasaki. He runs the practice meditation sessions that are held at the Tucker Foundation Seminar room. All are welcome to these meditations, regardless of experience, religious background or Dartmouth affiliation.Allyn Field would bring his years of meditation experience and how it is a potent tool for relieving stress.
