We need new bartenders to be trained to take over as One Wheelock bartenders for next year. Be trained by current One Wheelock bartender, Yan Fan.

Rate: $12/hr + tips. Only those officially hired will be paid for training session & event. Raise(s) dependent upon performance.

Qualifications:
-No experience necessary
-Must be available for ONE of the following dates for training:

Sunday, Feb. 5, 6:00-9:00PM
Monday, Feb. 6, 3:00-6:00PM
Tuesday, Feb. 7, 12:00-3:00PM

-And you MUST be available for ONE of the following dates:

Wednesday, Feb. 8, 7:30-10:00PM
Friday, Feb. 10, 9:30PM-12:30

-No '12s. You MUST NOT be graduating this year.
-Must be turning 21 before May 30th
-Must be willing to work on some Fridays and some big party weekends (but seriously, it won't be much)
-Professionalism & attention to detail
-Reliable

Training
You'll be taught:
-advanced mixology
-all the different kinds of liqueurs, liquors, etc.
-barback tasks
-bartending speed for high-frequency events
-recipes & garnishes
-menu and recipe creation
-presentation

Responsibilities
-Bar-tending future Collis Governing Board events
-Creating drink menus
-Attain and remember knowledge on different aspects of mixology, alcohols, etc.
-Memorize drink recipes
-Clean, cut, & organize garnishes
-Clean glassware
-Set-up and clean-up
