Greetings from Dartmouth EMS,

Throughout this spring term, D-EMS will be holding several CPR & First Aid classes available to the Dartmouth community. The schedule is pasted below for your convenience, along with pricing and other details.

If you are interested in attending any of these classes, blitz “Dartmouth EMS” to sign up. If you are not sure of your schedule, however, there will be more reminders and blitzes sent out to campus days leading up to specific classes, however, the sooner you sign up the better to make sure you get a spot.

Healthcare Provider CPR:
Sat. 04/09, 12pm-3pm

Heartsaver CPR w/ AED:
Tues. 04/19, 4pm-6pm
Sat. 04/30, 12pm-2pm
Sun. 05/08, 4pm-6pm
Thurs. 05/26, 7pm-9pm
Fri. 06/03, 5pm-7pm

FIRST AID:
Mon. 04/11, 6pm-9pm
Thurs. 04/21, 7pm-10pm
Sun. 05/01, 1pm-4pm
Fri. 05/20, 5pm-8pm
Tues. 05/31, 7pm-10pm

All of our classes are American Heart Association certifications. Our Healthcare Provider CPR costs $40, and fulfills CPR certification requirements for EMTs and lifeguards. Our Heartsaver CPR includes AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training, and the certification is valid for 2 years. This course meets the CPR requirement for DOC trip leaders. Our First Aid class also meets this DOC trips requirement. CPR w/ AED & First Aid classes cost $20 for undergrads, $25 for grads & staff/employees, and $30 for community members. We accept cash and checks (which can be made payable to Dartmouth EMS), but not DASH.
