No experience or equipment is necessary. You can take classes for PE credit or as a club sport.



Club Tae Kwon Do practices WTF style Tae Kwon Do. Beginning students will learn basic kicks, punches, and stances, self-defence, traditional movement patterns, and how to break boards. Practices are held on Tuesday and Thursday, with optional sessions on Friday. Interested students should attend a class or blitz tkd for more information.
