Saw Kestral on same wire and same spot Rt 14 and Slack Hill road as noted earlier last week. An  American Kestral was also seen off Dairy Hill in So. Royalton two separate days last week. 
 Great Blue Heron in a flooded field off Rt 14 in So. Randolph at 4:00 pm.
