I saw and photographed a Great Egret at the Jacob’s Brook Outflow in Orford at about 2 pm this afternoon. I wonder if this is the same individual that has been spotted at Reed’s Marsh and the pasture just to the north on a number of occasions since July 21st. It begs the question whether there are three here in the UV.
