Cool, damp, foggy conditions gradually turned into partly cloudy skies with sunshine during this morning's bird walk arranged by the Mascoma Chapter of NH Audubon at Bedell Bridge State Historic Park in Haverhill. NH.
Twenty five participants found ten migrating warbler species including Northern Waterthrush, Tennessee, Mourning, Cape May, Magnolia, Bay-breasted, Blackburnian, Blackpoll, Yellow-rumped, and Canada Warblers. In addition, sightings included four other warbler species which might nest in that area: Yellowthroat, Redstart, Yellow, and Chestnut-sided. Among other conspicuous species were Solitary Sandpiper, Great Crested and Willow Flycatchers, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Yellow-throated, Warbling, and Red-eyed Vireos, Cedar Waxwing, and Indigo Bunting.

Thanks to all participants and especially to coleader Jeff MacQueen, who kept the list of 53 species and prepared the eBird report with many more details which can be seen at   https://ebird.org/view/checklist/S56720353
