Yesterday afternoon there was a vary large Murder of Crows on both sides
of the Connecticut River at the Listen Center, some munching on Sumac.
Also, quite a number of Mallards on the river and two Osprey soaring
overhead.
Still just a smattering of birds at my feeder in Canaan. Chickadees,
Juncos, Titmice, Nuthatches, and the Goldfinches finally have shown.
Saw a pair of Piliated Woodpeckers flying by.
