I'm at Wayfair now and work in marketing. We already have a pretty solid pipeline of Dartmouth/Thayer grads coming in here, but as a growing firm, we're constantly looking for more people. There are two sets of needs that we constantly have:

1) People with 0-2 years of experience out of undergrad who are looking for a career change. Standard analyst skills are required - Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, etc.

2) People with 2-4 years of experience for pre-MBA or post-MBA roles, depending on prior work experience. Folks from banking, consulting, tech, or corporate roles are the best fits.
