For years I have had a plethora of red, and only red, squirrels. I
have had no red squirrels at my feeders this year and have seen only
one since late last spring. Today I saw my first ever grey squirrel on
this property in an apple tree by the feeders. Is this a local shift
or is it happening elsewhere?
