We now have a consolidated installer script for OpenAFS client on OSX 10.6
through 10.10

Please use https://caligari.dartmouth.edu/downloads/openafs/Mac%20OSX%2010.6-10.10/Dartmouth-OpenAFS.dmg
for installing OpenAFS client on OS X v 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9 and 10.10. (Snow Leopard, Lion,
Mountain Lion, Mavericks, and Yosemite)

The script will detect OS version, install the latest OpenAFS client for
that OS, and then make some configuration tweeks for Dartmouth.

Specifically, it
- ensure the default cell is 'northstar.dartmouth.edu'
- configures the client to use DNS to discover the AFS metdata servers
- enables file transfer encryption
- enables the toolbar authentication tool (padlock icon)
- creates desktop links to your AFS home volume and any other data volumes
   owned by you.
- Installs a Kerberos 5 configuration file in preparation for migrating
   the AFS authentication to K5

It is safe to run the installer multiple times.
