Director of Sales

Logic Supply is a fast-growing, 60 person industrial computer company with operations in the US, Europe, and Asia. Our computers power kiosks and digital signs, control machinery and medical equipment, and serve as the brains in devices of all kinds. We're looking for an individual to lead the Sales Department. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of our Executive Team, the Director of Sales is responsible for the direction and management of all sales operations, including team building, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy.  This role will drive the company's achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals, working in conjunction with the Executive Team to ensure the sales strategy is in alignment with long term strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

*  Oversee the hiring and development of our Vermont based sales organization, including a Boston satellite office.
*  Model the Core Values and company culture.
*  Establish and maintain competitive compensation, training, and sales incentive programs.
*  Drive the development of appropriate sales strategies.
*  Work closely with VP Marketing to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs.
*  Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding our customer base.
*  Work closely with VP Marketing to develop and execute lead programs.
*  Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
*  Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners.

Required technical skills, education & experience:

*  Minimum of 7 years sales experience in comparable industries, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
*  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical environment is desirable.
*  Entrepreneurial minded individuals with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
*  Demonstrated ability to plan and manage at both the operational and strategic levels.
*  Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
*  Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment.
*  Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
*  Experience with a specific sales methodology and sales funnel management.
*  Experience in choosing, deploying and using marketing and sales.
*  Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
*  Demonstrated ability to hold yourself and others accountable are essential.
