continued to Pompy and Kendall Station Road, where more than 40
species were detected.
Among birds of special interest at the latter stop were a Blue-winged
Teal, an Osprey, an adult Bald Eagle, an unidentified small accipiter,
an unidentified small falcon, Blue-headed Vireo, 5 Red-eyed Vireos, 2
vocalizing Carolina Wrens, a reclusive but vocalizing Brown Thrasher,
about 70 Cedar Waxwings, 5 Yellow-rumped Warblers, 2 Black-throated
Green Warblers, Chipping, Song, Swamp, and White-throated Sparrows,
