Strategic Partnerships Manager, Cambridge, MA (U.S.)

Overview


The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for growing and maintaining Sproxil's relationships with go to market and service offering partners. You will help to accelerate Sproxil's growth by identifying, evaluating, developing and securing partnership relationships. You will also oversee specific collaborative projects with these partners.

You will need to display creative thinking, superior relationship building and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently while leveraging existing team resources when needed. You will have input into Sproxil's overall strategic direction and will contribute significantly to determining how the company develops over time. This position will report to the head of strategy.

Responsibilities

*         Your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow third-party partnership relationships which may be with businesses, NGO's or government agencies located globally
*         You will identify prospective partners, evaluate the strategic benefits of working with them and recommend appropriate actions
*         You will be the primary contact for these relationships and grow them over time, interfacing with senior members of the partner organizations
*         You will also manage Sproxil's involvement in specific collaborative projects
*         While you will be based in Cambridge, MA you will work with Sproxil team members across 3 continents and potential partners globally

Qualifications


An individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, international understanding, and energy is required, combined with excellent organization and communication skills. You will have these qualifications:
*         A BA/BS degree
*         High motivation and intelligence
*         Skills to develop strong relationships with people from a variety of cultures
*         Exceptional written English communication skills including proposal development experience
*         Ability to operate independently and flexibly in a demanding small company environment
*         Comfort working in a team environment
*         Work proficiency with the MS Office suite
*         Ability to work in Cambridge, MA without relocation assistance

*         Over a year of past success in a business role working with third parties
*         Living or working abroad
*         Demonstrated project management skills
*         Experience negotiating contracts
*         Additional spoken and written languages

Compensation

Service Innovation Manager, Cambridge, MA (U.S.)

Overview


The Service Innovation Manager will be responsible for working with Sproxil's clients to conceive of and develop new services to meet clients' needs. You will work with the sales, technology and service delivery teams worldwide to grow our service offering by creating and integrating new solutions into our existing offering. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and coordinate delivery of services to meet their needs. In addition you will help to enhance Sproxil by identifying and evaluating opportunities for maintaining and improving our high standards of quality.

You will need to display great initiative and independence, together with strong organizational, relationship building, and interpersonal skills. This includes proactively resolving issues before they arise and promptly addressing customer needs. You will also have input into Sproxil's overall service offerings and will contribute significantly to determining how the company's award-winning services evolve over time.
