The Strategic Marketing Manager at Arcadia Healthcare Solutions will be a key contributor in a growing team at the intersection of Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Corporate Strategy, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing.

The Manager will be accountable for major portions of the firm's go-to-market strategy including conference planning and execution; campaign development and tracking; website and social media management; branding; market intelligence and segmentation; and collateral development.

Job Responsibilities:

     *   Planning and execution of national and regional conferences as well as other marketing events
     *   Planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns - cold calling, email, and events
     *   Coordination of website and social media design, content, and optimization activities
     *   Development, coordination, and review of internal thought leadership materials including case studies, whitepapers, contributed articles, blog posts, and award submissions
     *   Contribution to market intelligence, segmentation, and strategy activities

Position Requirements:

     *   2-6 years of experience in a marketing role for a healthcare provider, health plan, or technology firm
     *   Knowledge of the American healthcare landscape and point of view on future opportunities for growth
     *   Strong writing, collateral development, and verbal presentation skills
     *   Home office at corporate headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts
     *   Travel up to 30% to conferences and other corporate events

Education:

     *   Bachelor's degree with strong record of academic success. Master's degree preferred but not required.

Other Experience Considered:

     *   Basic experience with (or demonstrated aptitude to learn) Adobe graphics applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) strongly preferred
     *   Graphic and/or web design experience a plus
     *   Demonstrated success in healthcare conference exhibition planning and execution (HIMSS, HFMA, etc...) a plus
     *   Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR), healthcare analytics, and/or practice management vendors a plus
