More on the state of OpenAFS and 10.9

If you upgrade from 10.8 to 10.9, and had a working OpenAFS client before,
then it may still partially work for you. A test machine with OpenAFS
1.6.5 behaved fine for a while, but crashed frequently when writing files
to AFS. We do not recommend trying to use this.

A 10.9 system without OpenAFS cannot install it - the installer has a
version check.
