I am still trying to work out how to use the previous version of iPhoto. 

It has duplicated and triplicated many of my photos and named various groups 'Thumbs' and 'Originals'. Sometimes a thumb will open, sometimes it won't. Sometimes and original will open, sometimes it won't.

I intend to scrap this app and arrange my photos manually, but this is a very big task!
