I don't quite understand all your description, but happy to hear that you could solve the problem.

Anyway, the problem is the "Missing Font". I often have the same problem when I import files from MS Word; but as to Calibri, I have it both in Word and in NWP. Some Japanese fonts are cause of the same problem also: for example, MS Micho, which is named with kanjis (Chinese/Japanese characters) in Word, and in Roman characters in NWP...
