Can you convert the Word file in NWP 1.4.1, or open the file converted by NWP 2.0 in NWP 1.4.1?

I just tried to convert a Word file with pictures in both NWP 2.0 and NWP 1.4.1, and I get some unexpected results:

Some pictures don't appear in the file converted in NWP 2.0, while all pictures appear correctly in NWP 1.4.1.
When the file converted in NWP 2.0 is opened in NWP 1.4.1., the pictures which were missing in 2.0 appear correctly in 1.4.1.

Hamid
