By folder attached, do you mean the menu entry shows the full path of  
the folder in which the file resides?
This occurs to me periodically (OS 10.4.11) in any Cocoa App with a  
File>Recent menu when there are files of the same name from different  
folders— so it then needs to tell me which one is which...
