Umberto (p.za V giornate, milano), apart being *the* one and only ice 
cream on earth I eat, has an unbelievable "caramel cream" taste

unfortunately a couple of years ago he took the unbearable, silly, 
"marketing" decison to "upgrade" from his traditional 5 tastes (total 
but changing with the season) offering to 8 or 9. quality begun 
suffering and... I choose to just keep my memories ;-)
