It just opens old Classic Nisus files in NWP, and saves them in the  
new rtf format; the only advantage is that this process is done  
automatically.

Takamitsu, have you tried my original droplet with the files you  
copied to your new machine taking care of the "creator" problem? If  
it did work, then it is on my web site:
