This morning (July 30) Dick Brooks and I birded through parts of
Norwich, Thetford, Lyme, and Hanover. Highlights among 43 bird
species detected included
1) two American Kestrels along Stevens Road in Thetford, VT,
2) a Black-billed Cuckoo seen at close range along River Road near the
intersection with North Thetford Road in Lyme, NH, and
3) two Common Loons at Post Pond in Lyme.
