In File A, Script 1 select the "Perform Script" step that calls File A, Script 2. It should looks something like:

  Perform Script ["Script 2"]

If you select this step in your script, you will see a checkbox at the bottom labeled "Perform sub-scripts". When you check it, the "Perform Script" script step in the listing will now read:

  Perform Script [ Sub-scripts, "Script 2"]
