Note that there is now a separate version for Intel Macs.

"One more thing about Pro: we have decided to produce an Intel-only version of Pro 1.4.1 that can be downloaded from ourPro download page. The Intel version should show a significant speed improvement in file translations (.doc import is faster, for example). This version will only run on Macs with Intel processors (this means Macs produced from early 2006 through now. You can check this by checking "About this Mac" which is located under the Apple menu on your Mac.). You can only download this version from the above link. Using the updater within Pro will download the universal binary version."
