The last of the spring birdwalks of the Hanover Conservation Council visited old
Dana Road and the road and trail toward the towers on Moose Mountain this
morning. Eight birders enjoyed a pretty morning and a good variety of birds,
some just heard but quite a few that at least some got views of as well. We did
miss one target bird, Wilson's Snipe, usually a regular here but it didn't show
(or call) today.
Thanks to all who came, and a special thanks to Pip Richens for helping with the
list. - Tom
