OK, it's not Vermont, but close. There was a Fish Crow calling from a 
lamp post in the BJ's parking lot in West Lebanon, NH yesterday.

UV birders should keep an ear out for this species! Chris Rimmer has 
speculated that they are in the area, but very few have been seen here 
(to my knowledge).
