Encouraged at the site of 2 Fox Sparrows in my backyard, I went for a
walk up the road and was pleasantly surprised by all the birds
around--skiddish Tree Sparrow, anxious Killdeer, bright male E.
Bluebird, Red-wings chinking, Ravens playing, woodpeckers calling,
and singing House Finches.
