>Subject: Windows 2000 and Chinese - Tradtional to Simplified and back
------------------
Hi all,
Have any of you been able, using the built-in Windows 2000 IME's and Office
2000 or XP, to type a line of Chinese in Traditional and then highlight it
and convert it to Simplified, or vice versa? This is an option that one of
my users really wants and says she cannot do with Windows but has been able
to do on other computers with NJ Star or one of those third party packages.
I have heard though that it is possible with just Windows IME's.
If anyone has done this successfully, which IME were you using?
Thanks!
