Hi Mary,
Yes, that's precisely what we would do (remember, I was arguing a
hypothetical in terms of our use. We haven't digitized it...yet). The only
students who would have access to it, through Blackboard, would be
the students enrolled in the course. Thus, I think, the similarity holds.
However, Ursula presesnted a persuasive case to me for not doing so,
especially w/ a particularly vivid image of rock-breaking at Leavenworth
as a possible outcome :-)
I guess I would say, then, when in doubt, hold out for the ok
in black and white.
