Judi,
I work in a high school language lab in Illinois, and we, too, have lost TV5. I called our provider, Superstar, but they were unable to find the problem. The customer service person I talked to referred it to technical assistance but told me that it probably would be at least 72 hours until I heard back from them. If you find out what the problem is, please let me know. Thanks

We are having the same problem with TV5. The reception had been
coming and going a bit, and then today *poof* it's gone.
