This worked for me--I hope it works for everyone who wants it!

Go to the webpage http://listserv.dartmouth.edu/scripts/wa.exe?A0=UV-BIRDERS

On the right-hand side of the screen click on "Subscribe or Unsubscribe"

Under "Subscription Type" click on "DIGEST (traditional)" or whatever your preference may be.
