This morning, my mom and I went out to Pompy Flats.
2 male hooded mergansers and an american black duck, as well as 5 Red-winged Blackbirds and two grackles were the highlights. Numerous robins and a northern cardinal too.
A bit later, we went walking around in Thetford, and found a singing Carolina Wren along Cadwell Road. Also a downy woodpecker, and a singing cardinal, heard but not seen.
