Woodcock (alias snipe) were peenting and displaying. Seems very late
in the year.

Another interesting sighting(s) involved Brown Creepers. We had one
foraging on the ground near our feeders, and the other night, there
was one in the road pecking at something, maybe a small caterpillar.
