We couldn't resist checking for the Fish Crow reported from 12A in West 
Lebanon, so late this afternoon we did. We looked in a tiny 'wild' area 
between BJ's/Staples and the river, and found what Spencer believes to 
be Fish Crows. Two, acting as a pair!

Calls were heard that sounded right, although they were not the 
"double-noted Uh-uh Call."

Here are some enlarged photos, which also indicate Fish Crow to us. BNA 
says "In American Crow, P5 is markedly longer than P9; but in Fish Crow, 
P5 and P9 are similar in size, or P9 is slightly longer." Any thoughts?

The birds were a bit skittish about us as we followed them at a 
distance. Eventually, they flew across the river into Windsor County, 
Vermont. We expect to see Kent looking over there tomorrow!
