We'll meet
at 7 a.m. at the Lyme School parking lot (Jct. NH Rt. 10 and E. Thetford Rd.)
and car pool out to the forest's trail head on Hardscrabble Ln.  A trail map for Trout Pond Forest can be
downloaded from the Conservation Commission page on the Town of Lyme web site: www.lymenh.gov
Copies also are available
at the Lyme Town Office and the Converse Free Library.

Bring bug
repellent and water. Children accompanied by an adult are welcome. Bring
binoculars and scopes if available. The terrain is mostly level with some rocky
stretches near the pond. Participants should be prepared to walk up to two miles. This walk will not be held in case of steady rain.
