Congratulations to Spencer Hardy for being awarded the Mascoma Chapter's
Billie Jo Johnstone Youth Birder Scholarship for 2007! Spencer will be
attending the American Birding Association/VENT Camp Tejano in Western
Texas this July...what a lucky guy!  Frankly, I'm jealous. Fortunately,
we should be able to find out all about it, since we hope to have him as
a speaker at one of our talks this winter. Again, congratulations!
