An amazing day for sparrows, and other birds, today.
9 species of sparrows, highlighted by a Vesper Sparrow on Bragg Hill
Rd and a Clay-colored Sparrow on Campbell Flats Rd.

Other noteworthy sightings included a Peregrine Falcon and a Tennessee
Warbler at our house this morning.

Anyone who can get out tomorrow should be extra diligent in checking
any sparrow flocks.

Spencer Hardy,
Norwich VT.
