This morning five birders participated in a soggy and foggy but
enjoyable bird walk arranged by the Mascoma Chapter of New Hampshire
Audubon at Bedell Bridge State Historical Park in Haverhill, NH. Birds
were plentiful, and more than 40 species encountered. Highlights
included hundreds of American Robins, dozens of American Pipits,
dozens of Rusty Blackbirds, and a lingering Scarlet Tanager. As might
be expected for the time of year, sparrows in general were relatively
conspicuous, and six species found.

Special thanks to Spencer Hardy for compiling the full list as
presented below with his comments plus a few others added.
