help with white/black bird...finch?

Can anyone help me with identifying this bird?  Attaching picture.  It is
about the size of a purple finch, but all over snow-white except for dark
patch on head like a goldfinch (but bigger than a goldfinch), dark stripes
on upper breast, a few mottled dark patches on body and wings.  Deep V tail.
 Bill similar in size and color to purple finch.  Quite aggressive at the
feeder.  Albino?  Visitor from afar?
