For the past couple of days we have had a pair of Eastern Bluebirds
inspecting one of our nesting boxes, as if it were springtime.   The
attached picture shows the "happy couple" at home!
I have not seen this fall behavior before - any similar experiences out
there.

A second gift of the morning was the beautiful newly-emerged Monarch
Butterfly!
