My mom, who lives in Woodstock, had a close encounter with a sharpie the other day. She was sitting on her deck when it flew so close by her and in between the house and tree, she felt the whoosh. Apparently, it was after a red squirrel which got away. The sharpie landed on her fence about 25 feet from her, sat for a few minutes and then flew away.
