Active birds this morning at home, including 6 sparrow species. The
chipping and savanna are new for the year at this location. One song
sparrow has absolutely no tail, suggesting a recent, lucky escape from
some sort of dangerous situation! Juncos loving the scratch feed.

Still no Fox Sparrow seen in Norwich this year; no luck this morning at
our favorite spot for them, just down the road.
