At home, the first Red-bellied Woodpecker we've seen here (1,200 ft.,
Norwich).

At Ledyard Bridge, a few surprises and nice looks (~5pm). The Merlin was
quite active, providing a variety of views; went for the yellowlegs at
one point and seen later with food it's talons (not yellowlegs!). No
swallows seen, although plenty of insects being eaten by the warblers.

Also, 1 beaver.

Number of species: 19

Osprey 1 Migrating, high
