While in the Park Hill section of Yonkers on the weekend, I saw a huge,
beautiful red tail hawk trying to climb thermals at the top of a cliff as we
walked in a residential neighborhood. It was about 100' over the road and
very visible. Just ten minutes or so from Manhattan, the neighborhood
looks across the Hudson River at the Palilsades in New Jersey. A nice
experience.
