This is New Hampshire Audubon's Rare Bird Alert for Thursday, June 28th, 
2007.



2 LEAST BITTERNS were seen in the marsh between Cross Beach Road and Route 
286 in Hampton on June 24th.



A CERULEAN WARBLER was reported from Middle Mountain trail in Pawtuckaway 
State Park in Nottingham on June 24th.



A BLACK-BACKED WOODPECKER, 3 YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHERS, and a TENNESSEE 
WARBLER were reported from the White Mountain National Forest trails on 
Trudeau Road in Bethlehem on June 23rd.



3 WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILLS, 5 YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHERS, 2 BOREAL CHICKDEES, 
and 4 BICKNELL'S THRUSHES were seen by hikers on the Mount Webster/Mount 
Jackson loop trail in Crawford Notch on June 24th.



Over 20 WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILLS, 6 YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHERS, a 
PHILADELPHIA VIREO, 7 BICKNELL'S THRUSHES, 2 BAY-BREASTED WARBLERS, a 
LINCOLN'S SPARROW, and 30 PINE SISKINS were seen by hikers on the trails 
over Mounts Zealand, Guyot, West Bond, Bond, and Bondcliff on June 23rd and 
June 24th.



A MERLIN and a pair of NORTHERN HARRIERS were seen at the Pondicherry 
Wildlife Refuge in Jefferson on June 23rd.



A VIRGINIA RAIL, 3 YELLOW-THROATED VIREOS, and 2 EVENING GROSBEAKS were seen 
at Pawtuckaway State Park in Nottingham on June 23rd,



3 BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT-HERONS were seen at Meadow Pond in Hampton on June 
25th.



A NORTHERN GANNET was seen off of Great Boar's Head in Hampton on June 24th.



Over 240 BONAPARTE'S GULLS were reported from the coast on June 23rd, with 
the greatest concentration being found on Jenness Beach in Rye.



50 WILLETS were reported from Hampton Marsh on June 25th.



A flock of 26 TURKEY VULTURES was seen in Keene on June 27th.
